yeah the 10.4" screen is pretty big, possibly to big if u ask me. i have one mounted in my car and it lights up everything at night!

u found out how to get it to auto power on? mine does if power was cut to it without turning it off first if that makes sense.

the only issue i've had with the screen is that one of the connections inside must be loose so the screen often goes green, however pushing on the left hand side of the casing stops this. since u've had your screen apart (mine is a virgin lol), would this be easily fixed by opening it up?

actually the FAQ section for the lilliputs has the factory codes that can be entered via the remote that will ensure the monitor always comes on automatically when it receives power. that's how I went about it.

as far as the loose connection, my screen has/had the same issue and yes, you just have to make sure the connector on the back of the lcd is seated right. and locked into place. temp changes seem to make it want to come loose. It's easy enough to access once you pop it's umm... seal

Yeah... well as best I can remember. lol. It comes on automatically. I used the codes from the lilli FAQ thread... it's been so long I don't really remember which code I used. I think it was the 'same as last mode', so if turned on when it lost power, it comes back on when it receives power... something like that.

    10.4" screen...droool....

Yeah, my 7"er is way too small.

It looks great, and not too out of place.

    About your shifter...

Go on ebay, find one of those "type-r" styled shifters... They usually have some 'decent' (non-tacky) looking ones for the accord.. They have a push button on the top of it that makes it look almost like a manual ball...

You could go further and cut the piping down to length (I believe that those shifters use a screw to pin itself on and not threads)... That way it would be shorter and out of the way... I've seen people take it further and put a manual shift boot over that, pinching it between the automatic gear design and the bezel to make it appear to be manual... You still have the dash showing you what gear you are selected into.

Some people may flame on that saying you are trying to appear as if you have a manual, but a nice clean black-leather shift boot might take any attention away from the shifter and place it where it needs to be on the monitor.

Very nice, clean install... I was getting scared it was going to be ghetto looking at the first few pictures, but it came together very nicely.

    That is orgasmic.

I have to say one of the coolest on the forums. It's an enormous screen, and it looks perfect like it was meant to be.

    Mad props.
