BTW I've been following this for like a year now and I really love your car.
Thanks that means a lot to me. I hope to get started this week, but who knows with the weather.

The car will be getting some exterior mods this summer after the system is all in.

Are you going to have enough air space? Are those 10's or 12's?
    I don't remember.

It looks like my PS pic.

Which I'm thinking of doing. I may just pull the gas tank and biuld the whole box into the rear, but keep the rear flap so it's kind of stock looking. People will be scratching their heads.

Your setup should look sharp once it's done. Are all the amps going in the back seat area?

They are 12's. They require .5^3 Ft. as a minimum amount of airspace. I have 1.8^3 Ft. I've thought about just using 2 sub because I would probably yield the output from either setup, but I always see cars with 2 or 4 subs. Even numbers seem to be more popular since it gives more common ohm loads.

I think that pulling your gas tank would be a very nice touch. Like you said everyone who knows anything about f-bodys would be amazed.

Heres what I want it to look like. I don't want a window this time.

Back to your car, have you worked out how your going to keep your amps cooled?

I've thought about the design that you drew up for someone on the camaro forums, but i'd really like to keep them hidden. I'm going to try to figure out a way to vent them in and out of either the sail panel speaker grills or the rear panel grills. (Plausible?)

    Something like this:

With fans under the rear speaker grills or further back next to the subs.

Yup, I think having them exit out of the rear grills would be a lot better since you wouldn't see the fans.
