Yes I am running power from the battery to my relay and then to my switch that lights up my 12v distribution block. I pulled my wire through a hole that was in my firewall just to the right of my brake booster area.

Okay update time:
I was able to get my relay and power distribution set up over the weekend. I also mounted the power supply and motherboard in the console.
The power supply fit very nicely against the back wall. This allows all of my connections ATX/Molex/IDE to have very short cables without alot of messy wires running all over the place. I also wired my 2 cooling fans to 5v power from the floppy molex rather than 12v, they were just spinning way too fast for in the car. Now they move alot slower but still move plenty of airflow.
Motherboard installed and grounding block now installed.
Hard drive mounted underneath, I was looking for something to secure the meadia card reader from moving if somebody pushed on it too hard. I ended up gluing a wood strip just behind the rear of the unit so that if you push in it will hit the wood block and not move.
This is the view from the rear, this are will be under the heater area below the dash. You can see my main power and ground quick connects in this picture. This will make it easy for me to move the entire unit to another vehicle if I need to.
Another rear shot. This picture is without the end cap attached. When the end cap is attached you will only be able to see a 1/4 inch gap lengthwise with the wires running out of it.
I got the lilliput in the mail on Friday and had a chance to open it over the weekend. Nice little monitor for the money IMHO. Touch screen drivers went in without issue and seem to work great after a quick calibration.

The lilliput mount from the factory before I cut it up.
Okay this is where I am going to mount my LCD. This is my cupholder and it fits in the dash and extends outwards about 8 inches to expose the cupholder.
The modified lilliput mount. I cut it to size for the cup holder. I am going to use the adhesive from the factory as well as drill 4 screw to hold it tight. I am not real worried about the holes in the cup holder facia because I have seen them on ebay for about $40.00 to replace if I need to. I do plan on getting an extra mount for the other vehicle so I can just pop the monitor off of one mount and on another.
Here is the mount on the face of the cup holder.
Here is the LCD mounted on the cup holder. Notice the 4 screws I drilled to be sure that the monitor was tight and would not give way.
Thats all of the pictures I have for now.
The unit is currently installed in the vehicle and it is running great. I am using RR with the Digital FX skin and it is just amazing. I am not sure how I lived without a carputer for so long.
My Verizon vx6700 with EVDO service works great for High Speed Internet on the road. I am using S & T 2006 with RR and the DigFX skin, it integrates very nicely. The touch screen is working as expected but I find myself using my stylus alot instead of my finger. All in all I am quite happy with the carputer so far. I do need to do some more tweaking and finish up mounting the inverter under the seat and routing some cables so that they look a little neater. I will take more pics of the actual unit in the truck with the screen mounted and front end running as soon as it stops snowing/sleeting/raining outside.
Cheers

Hi Rcracerx, looking good! Also, I'm pretty sure I have a couple of the lilli stands if you want them. I will look in the parts bin later.

Hey thanks bud,
Actually I got the carpet at Walmart in the auto section. I am color blind as a bat but my wife tells me it sorta matches the darker area of the dash but not the carpet. She said in the pictures the difference is much more obvious then looking at it in person.
