    LOL, i wouldnt go as far as that. I think there are some people who have PCs/Laptops in their cars but not built in, which was my main focus.

    Where did you find those USB extensions? and how did you attach them to the stock plastic covers, hot glue?

    love the rear view cam location and the matching interior lighting at night!

    VERY CLEAN install!! Can you snap a picture of the backup camera in action? I'm curious to see if mounting it inside lessens the image quality...

    I got them from http://www.frontx.com , simply epoxied them to the stock blank switch covers and then put in some bondo at the back for support.

    Thanks. I will take some pics and post them. I did have some trouble with a cam i installed previously, it had infra red leds that came on at night. That light bounced off the inside of the glass and resulted in too much glare. This one works just fine, slightly hazy picture due to the glass but serves the purpose perfectly. People walk around and cant figure out where the camera is mounted .

    that is a really good piece of work..well planned, designed and implemented,,I like the rear camera idea..great work
