mazda tribute radio removal

So i've been researching lately for a way to take out the stock stereo from my '05 tribute but i haven't been lucky. Once i get it out I will put in a lilli in dash screen/tuner and travla c134 case with the via sp13000 (which i already have). i was wondering if i will need any dash kits to do this. Actualy i have no idea what i need since i've never installed a stereo before in my

At least you realize it is in the wrong section!

But a metra kit should be what you need. It takes whatever weird shape the stock stereo opening is, and makes it into a standard 1din, 1.5din, or 2din space for you to install aftermarket stuff.
