Thread: [Release] iGSkinner BETA 3.9.5

Found it but don't like the fact that it's shareware. Know of any freeware software that accomplishes the same?

EDIT: Stupid WebSense. It's blocking all the pages that would be able to fix my problem mentioned about (shareware).

Alrighty. I'm using GPSGate for the time being and I still have bars. GPSGate was set using coordinates that I found on GeoCaching.com. The GPS in iGuidance is active (green icon) and I did not get the 'no GPS nag' but I still have bars. It did embed in CF (with bars).

Did I mention the bars are still there?

If you are seeing bars, it is because your title screens are not setup correctly between iGuidance and iGskinner. I had that problem before!

In my iGSkinner.ini: TITLE=iGuidance which is exactly what iG is titled when I run it by itself. I'm playing with the nudge settings right now to see if I can just push them off the screen.

Try this:

1) In iGuidance, put GPS WIndowname equal to "Routis" (no quotes)
2) in iGskinner,
TITLE=iGuidance
WINDOW_TITLE=Routis

Alrighty. Now I'm getting somewhere. I've been able to "nudge_window" the menus off the screen. All except two pixels at the bottom but its not that big of a deal. More playing later.

Now, I've noticed that my settings (posted below) work fine in CF but in RR I have to do some nudging to get it to work. (No dice in FP...). I know this probably isn't real necessary but it there any way to get an option to specify a .ini file to load. For example:
I may set CF as c:\iGSkinner\iGSkinner.exe /settings=CF.ini
I may set RR as c:\iGSkinner\iGSkinner.exe /settings=RR.ini
This way iGSkinner will run off the specific settings defined in each frontend switch. Basically I'm looking for the ability to specify different .INI files from the command line.

Actually, I've been running with WINDOW_TITLE=XYZ123.

Well, give what I said a try, if you like.

For some reason, it wouldn't want to work for me with any other naming . Go figure!
