i'm thinking something like girder.....record the creation of the route and see what changed.....does girder use direct hex memory values? havent used it in a while.

As for SKINbedder, hop to it.
I know that you want to be able to skin any program, but I could care less about skinning Notepad, and many other programs. I am just waiting for IG right now.

Is it possible for you guys to also find out what mode the iG window is in? Like when it's in the overhead and when it's in the "500 feet to the next turn" mode with blue bars at the side. (Sorry, I'm at work and can't look up the names for them). This would be useful to show/hide buttons as there are some buttons (such as zoom in/out) that is unusable or not necessary in the mode with the blue bars. That mode already has a cluttered screen and doesn't need more buttons.

Yes, but you can also manually go into that mode. I think my biggest concern is that I would like to put buttons on both sides of the screen for a more balanced look (left side would be Menu, Voice, Mute, Zoom in/out and right side would be Home, Set Destination, ReRoute, Cancel Route). However, when iG is counting down the number of feet before the turn, there is a yellow bar on the right side that gives a visual representation of distance. Any buttons here would cover up a very useful feature and there is no need for the routing buttons when you're in the turn. Actually, hiding all buttons is fine, tooOriginally Posted by Wiredwrx
My alternative is to not let it switch modes (found in display options), but I like that feature and would like to keep it.
Thanks,

(P.S. You guys are doing a great job.)
