I will fix this later (run an Sb script on Sb focus). In the mean time, you could still have girder, auto-it, or whatever focus(iGuidance) and then send the key press. If you are using custom dash buttons mapped through Girder rather than just a normal keyboard, this should be no problem and is generally a good thing to do even if it is not necessarily needed.

Stupid question but SB is controlled from within each skin correct? I mean in RR the GPS configuration still has to point to IG as an external app.

No, it would point to Sb (with an optional skin parameter).
Sb has to point to iG (via the skin).

RR runs and embeds Sb. Sb then runs, embeds, crops, and overlays graphics & buttons for whatever program(s) are specified in the skin.

I changed my path in RR to point to SB and ran RR. When I open GPS in the SKIN I'm using I get IG but but it's the default IG program embedded into RR so I guess this worked??? Does the Skin you use also have to support some kind of configuration for IG? I mean the look of it if you want it to behave differently than the default IG? Or SB also has it's on skin. Just trying to confirm that my setup worked and I understand how this is suppose to work. Still learning; fast!

Make sure you have RR embed the Sb window, not the iG window (The default window-title is "SKINbedder - iGuidance").

The HideSkin command is not working for me. I tried:
HideSkin(iGMap:Left)
and
HideSkin(Left)

Any ideas?

HideSkin(Left) is it. If this is what you PMed me about it is because you were missing "Right={value}" for the button.

Great (if complicated) app! I just got the iG3 skin working with SB and I'm playing around with it. Since iG v3 came out, I'm pretty happy with it, now just for a few more tweaks...
I'd like to have a SB button stretch the app a little so that the bottom status line (eta/rem/dest/spd) disappears when I'm not "in route". I suspect there's no automated way of doing this but a manual setting would be ok. How can this be done?
