New avatar PD? LOL. If you figure out a way to do it please share and I will add it to Sb. Personally I need a cursor because my damn Lilliput TS is a POS and doesn't work about 20% of the time (if I hold my finger down in the middle, the cursor just zooms to the left usually, but lately it has been doing it to the right???).

Ive been entertaining the idea of making an app that watches where the cursor is and if it moves at all, and if it remains in one spot for more than say 4 seconds it moves it to the lower right corner of the screen. That should work for your situation.

Humm, how do apps like WMP hide the cursor when inactive, but when you move the mouse it appears where it was before (not in the lower right corner)? Most of the time when my TS is not working, I leave the cursor on next-track and just hit the glidepoint button to next-track without ever having to move the cursor or take my eyes off the road.

I'd like a system-level utility that will hide the cursor completely when I click 5 times in a row quickly. Click 5 times in a row again, and it will pop back up. Ideal for touchscreens

I use an invisible .cur cursor image. But sometimes I want the cursor to reappear if I am establishing a VNC session to do some configuration. Anyone got the skills for this?

Theres an api call called showcursor that only affects the application it was called from. So it would hide when the mouse is on my skinning buttons but not when on the iguidance windows.

Would I just save each key as a .png file?

It looks like you already have the buttons maped in the ini file.

Here is the Keyboard we use in ESXManager. It fits nicely into 800x600.

It's a single PNG, not one per key. You will have to edit the .ini file to specify the co-ordinates of each key (Top-Left, Bottom-Right). It has to fit smaller than 800x600 (has to fit within the CF small embed, same as the default Sb width/height). It doesn't need any keys that the default iG OSK doesn't have (and it does need buttons for NAV, Map, Cancel, etc.). It should also frame the iG text box.

Go at it if you have the time. Your help is welcome and appreciated.

I am hoping for something much like the CentraFuse OSK, so it al blends in together a little nicer...

How about something like this? Are you sure 800x600 will fit though?! My screen is only 800x484!

Hummm, maybe I could see if mercury would be willing to make me a smaller, semi-transparent version of JIT's key-board with "Search" and "OK" instead of "Back" and "Enter". Then I would just have to make the INI for it.

Edit: Sorry to take over your project 12V, but the CF OSK does fit with the other buttons better. I want multiple skins, so you can still do it with your keyboard as a start to a ESX skin. If you (or anyone else) wanted to try to do the INI for it, it would give me more time to work on other SKINbedder bugs
