I have been running ozi embedded for about a year now. Posted my config somewhere but can't remember where now. Doesn't have the skin buttons etc that "Bugger" has included in his but works very well provided you stick to a few "rules" which are documented in the rar containing my config here : http://www.happyg.mine.nu/carpc/ozistuff.rar It contains part of the old brushed metal skin I was using, I am now using the triton skin but haven't updated the skin files in ozistuff.rar but you will get the idea anyway.

    Hope that gets you going!

    Lightbulb Recovered version

Ok... I've found what I can recover from my system and I can offer people version 0.6 which is from a while ago. I've done heaps of testing and development since then, but the only copy of most of it is on my test pc and it's too rough to distribute as a working copy.

If you'd like a copy of the skin in the screen shots above, pm me your email address and i'll get it to you. The zip is 1.2mb.

    any feedback is appreciated.

BTW: the work subsonic did on the oziInfo app ran into a brick wall. The OziExplorer API seems to be not available when Ozi is embedded.

    Is this project still active?

I have started doing something similar, but am using the standard RR embedding. Mind you, I have not got past the first screen yet.

Here is he main sceen. Got no need for Sat Radio in this country!

And here is what Ozi Looks like running NatMap Raster which provides a 1:250,000 topo map of the whole of Australia :

Note that I have used Xport to split the GPS feed into three, one for RR (see the stuff at the top of the screen, one for Ozi, and one for the Turn by Turn Street GPS

I was hoping to add some small round or oval buttons down the LHS side.

    Cheers

    Rod
