Well if you ar eusing roadrunner, then take winamp out of your startup folder, and put RR in. It will load winamp by itself. Then choose the option you want in RRConfig. Options being Always Resume music, or don't.

Yes im using road runner but in my startup system, first load winamp, now if i want, start manually RoadRunner, and RR embbed automaticamente the Winamp that is running.
Vous parlez francais? In french that is "automatically", so I am jsut guessing you either speak french or a weird typo.
When you start RR after, and you have the checkbox checked, and music was playing when RR was put into standby sleep, then it will work.
If you exited by pushing exit -> exit to close RR but keep the computer on, it is the same as stopping the music when you close. So when you reopen, it wont play.
Normally though when it goes off with the car, it is still paying so when it comes back, it will continue playing.

What you are looking for is Resumer plugin for winamp. It will automatically start playing at previous position when you start winamp. It's available on winamp.com
I used to just save a playlist in winamp and add that to my startup (just the playlist file)
That way it will automatically open up winamp and will start playing.
Not sure if this is what your after though.
I've got my PC set up to wake from hibernate with winamp playing as an alarm clock, I just have it set with a playlist like mrcanngo mentioned above and it starts playing automatically, I'm sure there used to be a command line parameter you could use to make it start playing on loading too though.
Looking for decent GPS hardware and software for the UK to use with RoadRunner.
