Thread: Program to change background at a certain time?

I searched Google and MP3Car but wasn't able to find exactly when I was looking for.

I'm not running a front end (just music info displayed via Samurize on the desktop), but I would like a way to make my screen less bright at night. I've made some different backgrounds (light for daytime and dark for night time) and I would like them to be switched at certain times of the day.

I'm looking for a program that would do this automatically. So far all I have been able to find are programs that do it periodically (like every so many hours). I could set it to change every 12 hours, but we all know that there is much more light during summer hours.

Anyone know of a program that will do this?
