    Winamp Playlist Manager Recommendation?

    Any recommendations for a plug-in/stand-alone or other software that will allow me to:

    Display/Play pre-set playlists, display an "artist" or "genre" list and then create playlists on the fly from id3 information or (better) pre-set classifications I have attached to each mp3?

    I would like to do things like, press "artist", select the artist from an alphabetical list, then have the program provide playlists of each album (which I have created offline, or offer to create its own playlist from all the songs I have from that artist.

    What about if I want to "build" a playlist without going through 37 diffrent subfolders.

    Anyone know of anything like this? Am I being too vague? Do people just create tons of playlists? Thanks in advance.

    I am assuming you are running Winamp 2.XX. I do remember seeing plug ins on winamp.com that do such things. Just look there in the plug ins section, believe it is under the General Purpose section.

    Thanks - I actually have been through there and tried out several, but few are very useful when you are talking about 640x480 and a touchscreen.

    I guess I am looking for some relatively easy way to browse/select songs.

    99.9% complete.

    I am also looking for something like this.
    I want it to preferably be a Previous Playlist/next playlist skipped via IR remote (sony rotary commander)
    I have had no luck finding one.
    I am also running winamp 2.80
    Duron 900/GF2 MX 440/550W inverter/5" TFT/2x16 LCD/80 gig/256M/lots of messy wires and electrical tape
