    NMEA parser

Hey guys! Anyone here have an open sourse NMEA parser that can send windows messages to GammaControl? I implemented features to adjust the Lat/Lon coordinates, but I do not want to spend the time making a parser. This can be a separate program that runs in the background and just uses sendmessage to GC when it receives a new lat/lon coordinate.

    GpsComponent.cpp/h contains an nmea parser.
tbh, it is not exactly rocket science to write one.
