I also sent a number of emails inquiring about the software, and never recieved a reply either. Truthfully, I was rather ticked..... it would have been nice if someone would have been decent enough to send a reply saying 'Sorry, it's not available as a standalone product.' I think it's a great looking piece of software, and would love to give it a try, but not if past experience is representative of gnetcanada's customer service skills... :(

et/a - at this point i would have to say that there must be a problem with our email server since i get almost all our sales related e-mails and never leave an e-mail unanswered. Sometimes what happens as well as people type their email address in wrong in the web form (say one character off) therefore making the reply sent bounce back to us with a user unknown message, im sure that this is a technical problem and not representative of customer service issues.

should have version 1 out in the next 2 weeks. There will be a dedicated web site where this software can be purchased. Also, when buying the software you will be able to download new versions with the same user name and password since i am confident that when the software is released to the masses bugs will be found and will need to be fixed.
Is it reskinable? Can we change the background images? I like the look of the interface. Very clean.
hi, cjones, right now that is under consideration.... the problem is when people change the images the interface looks...how do i say... hacked? Since we want to keep a clean looking interface with integrated buttons and menus, its hard to give people the power to change the background images.
I think i told you this already. People want to skin/design their own interface. Your setting might look clean and nice to you but to others, that is a diff story.
absolutley... If we all wanted a cookie cuter system, there are plenty out there that would do the job... this is all about customization.
