What username did you use?

Does this use standard RR skins, or is it like the traffic cams, and I have to use notepad to edit it? Is it a "full screen" app, or can I move the buttons and windows to any location?

It's the same as Traffic cams, Roadrunner-esque skins.

The buttons and windows can be anywhere on the skin, as with Trafficams.


You will have to use notepad to edit them though.

im loving the feature list, definitely something i could use. But im put off from trying it cuz it sounds like it dosnt use standard RR skins which in the long run really just makes things harder and more complicated for everyone. Cool app though, looks cool too.

The skins are RoadRunner-esque, in that are set up mainly the way RoadRunner does except that I havn't got transparancy.

Buttons, labels etc are done the same way.

The graphic line is prefixed by a G, as opposed to nassuming it is on the second line.

And the sliders are slightly different, ie just colours as opposed to graphics.

Best way to find out is to download and have a look at the readme and the files.

upd8 is now officially a part of my skin... and man was it a ***** to skin for lol.. primarily cause its been quite some time since i skinned "rr" style.


the controls button brings up a custom skin where i can add directories, change config options and such.

Yeah the config screen is something that I need to add, which is in my todo list.

one thing i'm entirely unclear on is how i can sync media from another computer. I wanna be able to sync when i pull up to my house like ezsync does.. can this be done with upd8 and if so how?
