    finally got the subscript error taken care of. It took deleting and re downloading. For some reason that cleared it up. i have another issue during a sync, i get a "no access" error after it starts to copy. debug below:

    It looks like it can't find a folder or file.

    As it's 'copying' you should have an update.log file

    this will list all the files folders it has copied across.

    Theory is if you look at the last one successfully copied the next one (folder or file) is the one it is having problems with.

    BTW are you syncing between Drives on same PC, two PC's on a wired lan, USB stick and PC or two PC's seperated by wireless?

    Verified the multi file type fix. also handles much better when a rem dir is not available. i will keep testing.

    well i tried it and i got a message box that said path was not available.. but this could be because i have remote files on the local side. I'll fix that tomorrow and try again the "&" bug is confirmed fixed

    I have only put one message box in and that will only appear if you run the wrong exe and tells you to run the correct one.

    Thanks, it's good to know when something actually works


    I have realised I need to make this hibernate aware as I have issues with it coming back after hibernation, so I will be looking into that in the next few weeks.
