Well, Im not sure what the exact problem is but the only thing I can think of is that you do need the albumcover.wac... I find a link to it and post that as well, (forgot about it). Other than that I have no idea what the problem would be. If anyone else could download the skin and tell me it works that would be very helpful. Ill find a link to albumcover.wac though and post it.

I had this problem when i designed a skin in the early encarnations and tried to use it with the new WA3

Also when it says it nees xxxx.wac sometimes you use another skin as your base and you can't refer to it because you don't have the skin
(I think this is the case, it's been many moons since i've even thought about wa3 skinning)

I removed the download link from the post above. Ive made some changes to it and will zip it up and try it on another computer. Ill put the link back up in a day or so and then hopefully it will work as it should.

This the final or just a testing spot? A few things I notice at first glance:

seeker text needs to be a different color than then seeker background.

the thinger icons needs to be changed. Maybe have thinger background your blue color, then the icons have them use white/light grey.

Also, Im not a big fan of pure white. Might toss in some very vague greys instead of whites.

Just a few different ideas. Again, you might actually look at making your own skin. I know dont fix what aint broken but you learn alot about it as you get into it and then you can do EVERYTHING the way you want it. Just my thoughts.

    1) Nah, I'm still testing it.

    2) Actually with the shading and due to the fact that the color is slightly different it works well... for me.

    3) I am a fan of the white and blue.. like I said it's a color scheme I'm trying to follow, but function will prevail. The white could be a bad background in the sunlight.. or the dark. I'm not sure yet.

    4) I don't have the time really right now to sit down and make a skin.. but definatley will get into that in the future... unless a PERFECT all in one software solution rears it's head. Since that's doubtful, looks like I'll be skinning.

Heres a link to my skin that worked on another computer (so it should work for you).
    [edit]removed download link... still testing[/edit]

Also here's a link to the albumcover.wac (hope arby doesnt mind me linking to his webspace).
    albumcover.wac

Once you have the skin you may notice that the toggle buttons (xfade, shuffle, repeat) are a little out of whack. Thats just some testing Im doing trying to make it look how I want it, overlook it if you can. Anyway, hope this one works for everyone. If not, dont know what else could be the problem.
