what's the right front end for me? all ideas welcome

i'm having a really tough time finding the right one. thought maybe someone here can help me out. my monitor isn't a touchscreen, so i really need something that will work well with a rotary encoder. also, i don't care about multimedia, all i care about is engine diagnostics, gps, and bluetooth. any ideas?

and it goes on and on. If you base your front end choice on someone telling you "this is best for you", I am very sad for you.

DL and find out...
Roadrunner is most likely the most widely used one thats free anyways.
