Mike, keep in mind, an Ogg file will only be higher fidelity than an MP3 if its made from a CD or a wave file. An Ogg file converted from an mp3, will be lower fidelity than the mp3 was to start with.
Converting the mp3 file to a wave first, won't help either. Once the audio information is lost, its lost forever!
