Does anyone know of a radio program that integrates GPS and the radio? If it doesn't exist I'm thinking about making it myself.

Here's some of the features I imagine...

1. Tells you what stations are in the area and what kind of reception they have.

2. Automatically switches to a station with the same programming but better reception (this is most common with NPR type stations)


It would be incredibly difficult to have all of this automated. So I imagine that each user would have to identify the stations for the program. As for calculation reception... I have no idea how to do it, but I know that most radios and programs have a search feature that picks up stations that are (usually) in good quality. So, hopefully I can do something along those lines.
