Ok well i already know that this is different for everyone becasue i have been reading what seems like every page to decide on a frontend for my new CarPC.
Now here comes the stupid question, After reading heaps of these post i'm still left asking the same questions i had before (I am new to this)
What i'm after is a frontend that for music can be very easily compatable with iTunes as this is what i use for all my music. I'd like bluetotoh phone control and the ability to paly movies, have a reverse camera, and be able to record from the cameras.
Is this available in a frontend or am i dreaming, or possibly will have to choose one close and mod it with addins and the such.
Any response would be greatly appriciated as the reading is doing my head in.

Why does a front-end need to be compatible w/ iTunes? You purchase and download the music, then you play it. I don't understand the need for that requirement.
Perhaps it's my anti-iTunes bias showing...

There are a number of front-ends, all with an evaluation period. You can actually download each one and tinker with it to determine which one suits your needs the best.
I suggest taking that route and using your own personal experience with each one to make a decision.
Yea thanks for the advice, i just think the laziness in me comes out when it comes to updating music collections between two PC's.
However i do realise there are much better players out there.
