    OS issues

    I have a 80gig ide drive i loaded everything on and it boots and works great. bought a 260 gig sata drive used xxclone to clone the drive set everything to make it bootable and it wont boot from the sata drive only the ide drive. also i have a sound card installed that work b4 i had the comp in the truck and now that doesnt work. all the drivers are there and shows up with no conflicts.......any ideas?

    You're probably going to have to reinstall Windoze on the new SATA drive. It's very likely that the install of Windoze doesn't have SATA drivers, so it won't see the SATA drive.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

    SOB, was not looking foward to that lol. had the other drive all set and running lol. Got one more question for ya any clue on why the usb drive would be hot? I am running a M2 atx with a inline 15amp fuse. I hooked up a flash drive and it was hot to the touch and now it doesnt work?
