    App to slow down your CD-ROM or DVD drive

    I've noticed my 16x DVD drive is a little loud when watching a movie. I wanted to slow it down a little to get rid of some of the noise. So, a quick search found THIS little freeware prog. Which can be downloaded HERE.

    Don't know if this has been posted before...I couldn't find it by searching.

    I never even thought of looking for something like that.. I'm constantly *****ing about the noise my dvd drive makes LOL.. thanks..
