I think you just put it in the WAC folder. You also need the VB 6.0 run files if I remember correctly.
I'm working on winamp3 skin for 800x600 touch screen. This is based on Arby's winamp skin.
This is my first winamp skin , I'm learning a lot from arby's skin.
But I don't know how to make albumcover workCan anyone help on this?

Does anyone know how to make this album cover to work?
hmmm hey Arby~ can you help me?
Nice work! Hope you're thinking of making the skin available when you've finished!
To answer your question: Did you register the dll, or just copy it to your drive?
Here's another question - Can you launch other applications from the thinger?

Looking real good. I like it.
As in the album art I have a program called tag & rename and it attaches album art to the id3 tag. I dunno if this helps?

register over at winamp.com forums. I worked on a full screen skin a while back and I was doing something very similar to what you are doing (different layout of course). Here's a couple links to some questions I had over there. I think they will greatly help you out.

Those two dll.s (actually there's a third one that go along with those 2, but it's name escapes me at the moment) are runtime dll's for VC++ MFC version 7, which is relatively new (you most likely have version 4.2 of those dlls installed). If you install the .NET framework, those dlls should be distributed with it. If not, just do a search for mfc 7 runtime and you should come across something

seems like the album cover script was made with VC++ , I got mcf70d.dll and msvcr70d.dll from MS .Net disc and copied to windows/system32 folder ,everything works GREAT!
now I know how to make my skin to work , including the bottom buttonsI'll let you know as soon as I finish. I'm already thinking about new desgin. If you are good at Photoshop , you can make a graphic (800x600) and please send it to me, I'll make it to work.
Thanks guys
