Don't play Jay-Z.
I just updated all the hardware, reinstalled onto a new hard drive, did everything. So I downloaded the newest drivers for everything including my Xenarc 700TSV and it all works fine. The only weird thing is every time it boots up fresh it complains that the touchscreen driver crashed and needs to close. But I click OK and the touchscreen still works fine.
Now onto usage, I'll be playing music like normal, banging out some Jay-Z and the sound will stutter really fast and it'll go to the blue screen with white lettering. I have to hit reset and then it'll just do it again 10 minutes later. Or less.
Any ideas? Maybe an issue with the sound driver? Wrong one? Something to do with that touchscreen driver?

Seconded... it's probably choking at your music choice.
Do you have subwoofers vibrating the computer? Have you reinstalled the touchscreen driver, or perhaps tried an older driver?

My girlfriend got a good laugh out of your responses but then she likes techno music.
I figured out the problem, I was using xPort3 to split the GPS port out to 2 separate virtual com ports, one for iGuidance to use and one for RoadRunner to use. Problem was I had both of them still using the same port so the driver was having a break down every time it got confused, being harassed by both devices for information. I changed them to separate ports and it works fine now.

Uh oh! I don't like BSODs. Is that the latest XPort, around 1.39-1.41? The newer versons should handle multiple apps using the same port.
Same Virtual port?
Does it look like this:

He solved the problem, it was an issue with his Xport configuration. Perhaps read the thread before immediately jumping into windows-bash mode :P
