$10-20
Is it really worth it though, as someone pointed out, most people nowadays carry a smart phone that can display all that information at your fingertip. The app store is loaded with Movie Showtime app that you can get for free, you can even make a phone call and get all the movie listing.
I don't see myself sitting in the car trying to find a hotstop to get movie listing. Also you can open a webpage and just get all that information. If it was free I may consider it just for the heck of it, but I don't see myself paying for it.

Read section 5.3....and then pretend you didn't know what your proposing is in violation of Google's (and just about all web services) TOS. What you do for your own personal use is up to you but please don't suggest developing an app or plugin thats clearly illegal-especially when its mp3car that would get sued not you.

My solution is why reinvent the wheel and use the information straight from google.... I am not violating the TOS as I am consuming the data directly in the interface offered.
Deal with being legal if you are writing the app to solve a problem that has already been solved.
Additionally, that is why I am not willing to PAY for something that is already free to me. If for some reason that does not work for you...

Not here to debate but if everyone here used that logic front ends wouldn't exist neither would 90% of the plugins we use on a daily basis. Going into an internet browser to look up movie listings isn't as easy as have the information presented to you on demand from within the front end. There is certainly a premium for easing the way data is brought to the consumer, and thats what we're talking about.
I dont disagree with you in that it may not be worth ANY money in the end, but i'm giving people the opportunity to decide that. Based on these poll results its a moot point anyway lol

Sure, for context... I use XP and winamp set to start up and random autoplay. It meets my needs and does not use a plug in. Being an 'old school' guy makes me a poor audience for this type of product. Additionally, I do not use a display of any kind in the car.
Polls are of course able to convey information from people that are willing to reply. I suspect my view is not representative on several levels![]()
