DaOEKL I have installed radiator and CF 3.5.
Getting a few odd memory type errors from radiator but ignoring that we should be able to figure something out..
I can't however work out how to get radiator to show up in CF.. I only see silabs radio and HD radio.. (sorry new to CF and not figuring it out)

    Cheers

    I will have a look.
Actually i was using it on CF3.1 where it was installed automatically together with all the other plugins..

I will post my reply as soon as i got radiator on 3.5.

Have you really been able to use the normal Radiator together with the realtek stick ??!

Has anyone else got this realtek SDK working as a plugin??

    Thanks
Hi colshorty, sorry for the long delay in replying!

Might be worth having a word to some of the plugin developers like Enforcer, or jumping onto the Centrafuse forum over at www.centrafuse.com and asking the plugin guys there.

They might be pretty keen to help you out, especially if it means getting this radio talking to CF.

I'm very interested in the way you have it laid out with signal strength being included, together with station name. Have you had a go at pulling track info out of the stream in order to get the song title?

Again, thanks for putting the time and effort into building a plugin, it is most appreciated

If has a bit of a look at building a dll for radiator.. Actually seems reasonably straight forward, just match the radiator commands to the sdk commands and should be almost done and dusted..
However still haven't figured out how to get radiator in to centrafuse..

So what I found out so far is:

on CF 3.0/3.1 all radio Plugins have been automatically been installed by running the normal installer-exe of the hole CF Prg.

on CF 4.0 there are lots off freeware plugins, which install themselves by double-klicking.
For 4.0 I was able to find the app..
but unfortunately I wasn't able to get it in 3.5 ..
There are no plugins and just taking the plugin of 3.1 and copying it into the 3.5 folder, doesn't work too..
I hope that I will find a solution within the next 48 hours,
than I will send you a pm and/or post a message here too.

Will give it a try towards the end of the week when I am free..

    I found a Version for 3.5..

It can be downloaded right here:
    http://www.centrafuse.com/AppDetail.aspx?appid=44

on the right side there is a link "Or click here to download previous version"

Following this link one will find the 3.5 Version !

So now its all on stretch4x4 (and his better programming-skills) to understand the dll file
and rebuilt this, so that one will be able to use radiator with the realtek stick ! This would be so great work !

It would be good if you can just do a dll file that would accept / respond to calls. This way the dll could be used by everyone and then someone who has coded plugin's before for centrafuse would be able to pick it up. Something simple like radioon / radiooff / radiolist / radiotuneto / radionext / radioprev / radioscan / radioname etc.. (think you get the idea)

    :-)

That is basically what the radiator plugin needs, it just has it's own specification of wha those calls should be. (sorry would post the commands but they are on the other computer)
But yes I can post those up if I succeed in making the DLL eventually..

    Good work...

Have you notice the slow playback using this SDK? I havent notice anything unsual with the sound but it is meant to be a problem with the realtek chip. They probably have corrected it already?
