I see obscure reference to the ability to flick on windows 7 ultimate with touchscreen, but have no idea how to activate it. Can someone provide some insight please? Or is there a third party app that I have to get...places I've seen this referred to make it seem like its a part of win7.
Well... To use this Win7 feature ( flick ) touchscreen of your monitor must be recognized by Windows system !!!just as touchscreen!!!, and not as a mouse, like the most of monitors with TS produced now...
The main symptom of such touchscreen monitor is ( usually ) no need to install drivers for it and the native support by OS, like as shown at my two attached photos...
So I guess i dont get to flick. so which 7" out there are true touchscreens.
