I think the reason you are noticing 4am Media Console shut down after 5 mins of inactivity is actually because the trial version of 4am Media Console is limited to 10 mins of use for each run. To make sure this is what is happening just load up 4am Media Console and check to see if it is shutting down exactly 10 minutes later, if so then there is no problem, expect that it isn't registered. If you feel it is anything else please do let me know, and I will look into it further (although I have yet to hear of any problems with it shutting down after x mins of inactivity).
Thanks for your support and praise of the products it is greatly appreciated.
That sound about right. I have only been running it for a few days, so I have not had the chance to get a stopwatch out and time it when it shuts down, but I'll take your word on that. I didn't read anything about a trial shutting down after 10 minutes, but then again, as with most tech guys, I don't read much of the manual that comes with stuff. My bad.
Thanks for the reply, you'll see my registration and $25 this afternoon.
Im trying to get Music Console to run properly on my widescreen laptop. (1280x768) MEDIA console scales just fine but no matter what I do in music console (resize to fit full screen checked or not) it cuts off the bottom of the screen. Any ideas?
When will the new Music console be out?
Shane this shouldn't be happening in 4am Music Console if you use the correct skin. Make sure you are using skin: brightness169-1280\

Unfortunately there are no default skins with a 3:2 resolution.
Hope that helps let me know if there are more problems.
