    What would be a good linux to run in a carputer?

    I am thinking Gentoo may be very good for this, as it's not a packaged system but rather source, and it's easier to use then LFS. I was playing with Slackware and Debian, but they were coming in higher then I wanted at the time, but I'm thinking CF might not be the proper media to use..
