Thread: video recording and buffering

does anyone know some software that's capable of recording video from a front- and rear bumper cam (suppose they are webcams)?
the software should be able to:
1. Monitor both, front and rear at the same time
2. Buffer the last, say 5 minutes and in cas i hit a button save it to the harddrive (also of both cams)
3. start regular recording when i hit a button
4. run on windows xp pro
5. (optional: ...be controlled by some key combinations (i know i could also do some mouse macros, but they tend to generate troubles) )


the plan is to put a cam in the front and another one in the rear of my car. attach them to the usb bus and then i would like to be able to see a live picture of my cams when reversing or parking, and i would like it to capture the last 5 minutes in case something (hopefully funny) happenes i can just hit a button and i got it!
