Hello,
I am working on the next version of my car software. Now I am begining to right the configuration utility for it. Anyways all this does right now is Synchronizes a database file, from a location that you give it. It also parses the id3 tags for this info, and extracts the album art from the id3 tag(if you have this embedded... MusicMatch does this.). Throw a few directories at it, and let me know if it works or not...

Download Here.
Thanks,
Quincy

Msuicdb.mdb a killer 14 MB! damn maybe get some zip reading support?
it seems to work, but I don't really know what to do with it,, I viewed the "MusicDB.mdb" file using wordpad.exe, and found lots of music, of which I assume is what came with the file I downloaded, but I found nothing that showed my music
Yeah, don't know why Access allocates this much space. It compresses to pretty much nothing. I guess I could compress/decompress this as I use it, but I figure what is 14 MBs..Originally Posted by Stine161
If you point it to your music collection by hitting the browse button... then hit "Sync. Now" it should add your music to the MusicDB.mdb file. This is the file that I use in my program for DB access for playlist, etc. Also if you have album art in your tags, it will extract this to the folder where the .mp3 that contained it was...Originally Posted by MeanGT
Wow so now with your config program I can see just how messed my ID3 tags are...damn thats lots of work to go threw and change some **** around! LOL
Also when in mercX I get the list of all the albums but when I dowble click on one the screen flashes and nothing happens....so for now its kinda turned into a ablum viewer! LOL
Few words: "MusicMatch SuperTagging". This will straigten up your tags in no time, and add the album art to your files. Also, MercuryX should be able to use this file all the same, but I will have a totally new version coming out pretty soon... TONS better than that preview.Originally Posted by Stine161
Yes... very soon. Got a few bugs to work out, and finish up this configuration utility. I also need to make the Skin Designer.... I will release some pics soon.Originally Posted by unrealer33
