    WinAmp EQ's do not work on my PC!

    Volume and balance work, but changing the EQ settings do not change the sound at all! I have tried different skins, but none work. Could it be a system setting?

    Just checking (so don't kill me!), have you pressed the "On" button for the EQ?

    That stumped me for a few minutes!

    Yes, the EQ is ON.

    The weird thing is that It DOES change the VU level on winamp, but not tha sound.
