I may look into allowing the Windows soundcard bass/treble to be adjusted at some point if people really want it (though this will only work on some cards), but I'm of the opinion that controls like this should be done by your headunit/amp/external EQ, as any messing around with the sound that Windows does can only really be a bad thing!

I'm currently just working on bugfixes at the moment, and a few feature that don't need skins to change, I want it to stabilize a little.

I've written a skinner application recently, and I'm currently working on keyboard control. Other than that, just making it more stable for now, there's a couple of little quirks I want to iron out.

Also I be going snowboarding for a fortnight very soon, so I won't have much time before then, and I'll have no time then

Good news every body... the Contrast skin is nearly finnished for Carbox... screen shots soon etc how ever I can tell you its a wide screen only version... sorry you 4:3ers but its the way every thing is going.

The process to skin has been much improved with the skinner app how ever I still found it fiddley to get the graphics cust right so the effects were correct...

You'll have to let me know exactly what you mean is fiddly, to see what I can improve.

There'll be no development for the next fortnight though, I'm off to France snowboarding for 2 weeks.

I just downloaded carbox and I've got it running on my desktop and I really like it! I've been playing around with mediacar as well, but carbox seems to do everything I'm interested in doing-and does it very nicely. Can't wait to see some more skins for this. Great job GingerPrince! Thanks for a great front end!

Its all most done - just the keyboard - how ever thats looking like its going to be a bit of a pain due to a possible bug ( Sy

) - How ever ... to keep you hooked heres some shots before I release it ( very soon ).

Its based on the Contrast v2.1 skin used for ME ( or will be ) and will be simular to the Media Car version. This one will only be in wide screen though and unfortunatly as I said before due to the complex nature of putting this one together you will not be able to change the logo in the back ground... sorry.
