brilliant stuff! anyway to have an option that would skip lookups and saves if the album cover already exists in the directory? this would help speed things up if i find i need to rename stuff that it misses on the first pass through. thanks!
another request... if i click on an album picture in the bottom window while it's searching, it selects that album... great. but stop searching!! The Rush cover I wanted was like the 4th one that came up, but it kept searching for more Rush for 5 minutes afterward. Also how about a way to change the CD that is automatically selected (sometimes there's multiple covers and I'd like a different one)
ok i figured out you can just go onto another cd while the search is going on. it gets confused sometimes but if you click the new cd a couple of times it figures it out.

I'll create an option to go into the dir.. and if it finds a .jpg/.png/.gif image there it'll skip. It will be an option you turn on.
I will try to make an option that if you find the art you want before the search is done it'll stop. I'm using a 3rd party's amazon class so I didn't make it so I don't have much control over it unless i add those features. It is a good idea. I just wish the webservice at amazon was faster. It can be so slow at times
Ya i'm aware of that issue where if you do another search before the other search is done it confuses them. I'll look into fixing this also.. hopefully anywaay

I've just downloaded this software and am having a little trouble getting it to download the artwork.
My Mp3s are currently in d:\temp\music listed\artist - album
When I do Mass Load and point it at the MP3 directory, everything seems to go OK. It gets lots of images for my albums, and I can manually choose ones for those it doesn't pick up automatically.
However, when I click the Save Art button, it gives me errors along the lines of:
Error saving image to: Lostprophets - Start Something\Lostprophets - Start Something.jpg
Error saving image to: Lostprophets - Start Something\Lostprophets - Start Something.jpg
For each album that I have artwork selected, I get 2 errors as above. I don't know quite what's going on. The Root Dir text box says: D:/Temp/Music Listed
I'm running WinXP SP1 with all patches applied if it helps.
I've tried the Single Load option on the File menu, but it doesn't anything at all. Is that right?
my guess is that amazon doesn't have the cover art on their webservice for it. I'll take a look at this when I get into work tomorrow
