    Wifi software???

Does anyone know what that wifi software is called that scans the airwaves and detects accesspoints and then some people even use it to find the network id of the AP? Does this make any sense? I used to have this program a while back. It was free.

    Thanks,

    Rafster

in the future, you can just set your SSID to "any" and it will associate with any network. I didnt believe it at first, but it does actually work

Cool, thanks! Her dad is a little anal about needing the best security, blah, blah, blah...

I told him if he wants it to be completely secure, just keep his network wired.

    Peace,
