    Any "good" vis for wmp?

    Are there any 3rd party vis for wmp that are any good, anything on par with milkdrop?

    I use Twisted Pixel. I think it's the closest to Milk Drop right now. It doesn't do the name of the song playing fly-ins and stuff like that but it does look pretty nice most of the time. There are a couple of others but Twisted is my fav. right now. Here is a list of other ones you might want to check out.

    EDIT: Just looked at G-Force for the first time. Looks nice. May be my new Vis for Media Center Edition.

    Thanks Defiler, ive been using Twisted for a day or so now.
    Hopefully more people will make some vis for wmp. I dont know if its just me but the engine used for vis in wmp seems to be very limited.

    Its not limited at all, you can draw anything you want to the screen with it. The media player SDK is based on COM and so I just think it has a much higher learning curve to use in C++ IMHO then the winamp SDK which just requires you write a dll with certain function names. That and there is no shortage of haters of microsoft especially among hardcore programmers capable of creating visualizations.
