Anyone know of a free/shareware program that monitors the CPU and/or case temperature of the Epia MII 10k?

I tried Motherboard Monitor 5 and sometimes its correct, other times the temperature jumps around. I've also tried something called speedfan but it won't really read the Epia temp.
