    Damn lazy monkey

    Here, I wrote this up, binary is attached.

    Just specify a time period in milliseconds followed by the full executable name.

    i.e. Shell.exe 60000 C:\Notepad.exe

    Heres the source:
    #include <shellapi.h>
    #include <stdlib.h>

    int APIENTRY WinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance,
    HINSTANCE hPrevInstance,
    LPSTR lpCmdLine,
    int nCmdShow)
    {
    int i = 0;
    DWORD dwTime = 0;
    while (isdigit(lpCmdLine[i]))
    {
    i++;
    }

    if (i > 0)
    {
    lpCmdLine[i] = NULL;
    dwTime = atoi(lpCmdLine);
    lpCmdLine = &lpCmdLine[i+1];
    }

    Sleep(dwTime);
    ShellExecute(NULL, "open", lpCmdLine, "", "", SW_SHOW);

    return 0;
    }
