auto starting a program

im after something that runs int he background or some sort of screen saver that will still start up a program after the computer is idle for a certain number of time and then when the mouse gets moved the program will close..
like a screen saver but will the program of my choise?

i want it to start up my download manager if no one is on the computer after 15 mins or so and close it when people use it agian

Rename the exe to scr and set it as the screen saver.

Dead easy this... look for a programe called Autoscript.. I wrote a couple with that ( files on my site ).

Basically my apps start an application, brings it to the foreground and then closes it when finished.

That been said you can get it to do what ever you want as its like a mini programing language...
