None that I know of unless you write your own. My software uses the fmod with a 10band graphic EQ built into it. You can also use bass.dll.

not as simple as the EQ in winamp but you might want to look at dee2/dee3
I just found an EQ for my EPIA board. I found the latest audio drivers for it, installed them, and there was my EQ.
I'm not sure if it was there before installing the new drivers, but all that matter is that I have it now. If your mobo has the matching chipset, you can find the VIA Stylus drivers here:
http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=69
-> Launch the "VINYL DECK" from START->Programs->Vinyl Deck. Once it loads, click on the Sound Effects tab.
I still wish this functionality was built in to the car media players, but it's better than nothing.![]()
Before you all rush off and try this here's a word of caution.
I did just that, and I run winamp, plays muffled and awful. If I bring up the vinyl deck app and adjust one of the eq sliders even the slightest bit its bright and sounds perfect again. Then I restart mediacar/winamp etc and its back to muffled.
Ill play with it some, but the M10,000 and these drivers seems to have some problems...

I've got it installed on my MII-10000. It seemed ok with WMP. I'm still setting up and configuring the system (brand new), so I'll see what happens once I get other software installed.
I found this, might help but havent tested it yet...
There is demo available....

It allows to route audio through directx plugins and there is many professional EQ:s available so i think this is best solution yet (if it works that way)
Try that.
