calling navigation software

Ive been searching on the board but i cant find a really nice answer..

I have a PC in my car but not really fancy, just a text-LCD screen with 8 buttons which are Serial buttons, now i wrote a program in Delphi 7 that plays Mp3's with those buttons and it shows info on the LCD screen.. But now i want navigation :P Im looking for software that you can call via Delphi, like alturion has this SDK which can be controlled by C++, but the DLL is only WindowsCE so its no good..

Is there any good software which can be called from Delphi?

ok nevermind lol i sent a mail to alturion with the question if they have a i386 dll but they dont have it yet..

Im looking for navi software with dutch maps that has a SDK (i want to control it from another app)

Sofar i only found Destinator 2.. Are there any other apps availible??
