Thread: Skin wanted for AIMEE

Hi all,

I know a few of you have seen the video of AIMEE in action (nearly 400 people have downloaded it in about 16 hours ), and you will know that we don't currently have our own default skin.

This is a call to anyone who might be able to make a skin for us.

There are no real "standards" as of yet, but you will have seen the kinds of things that AIMEE can show on a few of the screens, and more information will be made available as it goes on.

I am perfectly happy for more than one person to design a skin (in fact this is encouraged!), and anyone skins that are designed will be available for AIMEE when it is released, even if they are not what is chosen as "Default"


For now, i can do the mapping of areas, but I really need some good images

IMPORTANT SKINNING INFORMATION:

The following is a list of (current) buttons/labels/toggles.

Button = Up/Down image
Toggle = Up/Down/On image - used for things like Shuffle/Mute
Label = Label
Text = Text area
ScrollableArea = Scroll list, which includes scrollbar and up/down buttons (width/height of both are definable)
Slider = volume/track time slider
Area = area where applications are embedded.
