Found this while looking on www.directron.com. It's winXP Media Center Edition 2005 OEM. All you have to do is purchase it with a piece of hardware.

when i recieved my first msdn shipment i was like a giddy little boy on christmas.I was smart enough to get the DVD shipment but my coworker got the cd.....yah I have a small case with like 15 discs and he has 2 big phonebook sized books with like 200 cd's and when he gets his monthly update he gets ****ed cuz he has to finger through them all lol
