You shoud be able to get it lashed on the front of a mag or if you have b/band download it. But be aware its not so friendly as Windoze and you have to be prepared to fiddle with it a bit to get it how you fancy SuSe do an install that runs on a cd so you can try it without installing.
BEFORE you use it read up as you can easily remove your present OS if you choose the wrong option. Having said that you will find many flavours of linux if you search this forum there is loads of info about it.

If you are a complete newbie to Linux, you might want to try Mandrake.

Watch what version of mandrake you get a recent one was nuking the bios setting on one make of cd reader (cant remember which model)but the latest 10 is ok and installs easy. SuSe is ok as well but some of the others need a lot of configuring
