anyway, i think this can be done here and work. We we first started using bug tracking software at work, everyone hated it even though we all knew it would lead to the game haveing less bugs and just a way better way to handle things. So we did it and in time we all grew to love and hate it, but we all agree its the best way to go. Same thing here. We dont need everyone on this board to agree with this, just higher ups who control the board and willing to grant mod status to those few willing to oversea the bug threads. Ok, now that I've had a little more time to play with FP, I've uncovered a couple more issues. They may have been covered before but I made a small search effort and didn't find much, besides for some reason the Take3 bug report thread is closed, so while I agree we need a better way of tracking bugs, here's a couple from me just for redundancy sake. If you've heard them before, go ahead and flame on, but just give me a link for the answer.
1. Even though I set the default directory for PICTURES to be c:\pictures, when I click on it then select menu, I'm always in c:\documents and settings\administrator folder.
2. The SYNCHRONIZE program is way oversized for my 800x600 display and if I go to setup some jobs, I can't even get to the exit button since the bottom scrollbar doesn't work on that screen. The about screen is the same way.
3. If I go to FM RADIO, the return button doesn't (maybe this is just Febs skins?).
4. I have the menu set to "always on" but if I go to GPS and then hide it, I go back to the player screen instead of the menu.
5. The VOICES TOGGLE in the settings has "menu" listed twice. What's the second one for?
[EDIT:] Oops, WTF? I thought I was still in the FP forum but it looks like this one ended up in the more general category, sorry!
