    Favorite Front End

The list of front ends is growing. What are your favorites and why? I'm using an xm direct, and cable, INav, 8" Lilliput, pci radio/tv tuner which has the BT878 chip, and soon to have a reverse cam. I also neep mp3 and dvd support. Which front end would be the best for use with this hardware and the touch screen.

I've tested MMC and like it, but there is no support for the radio or nav.. yet.

Right now your best bet would be FrodoPlayer, but I am a little biased.

That may change in the future as the other developers impliment new features.

Maybe this front end isnt known but i use www.xlobby.com It's i high customizable piece of software witch allows you to make your own front end.
You get the program and it has a simple standard skin. you can work around that or make a whole nw skin like i did. I use it for care use and for HTPC use also.

I'll think about posten my program with the skin here.

You'll need to be busy with it to make a nice skin, but after a few hours working with it, you get the experience like programming :-)

The program uses winamp, zoomplayer and net.framework to run.

I kind of prefer Media Engine. Probably since I've been experimenting with it since it's v1.7 days.
AutoPC: M10k, WinXP, gps, wifi, 80GB HD, dvd-RW. SB mp3+
MediaEngine front end, map monkey, netstumbler.

Well, right now I use Frdoplayer for everything. This may change with the development of AIMEE

Frodoplayer right now. AIMEE does sound really promising. I also like Neo Media Center very much, been playing around with it for a while and its great.
Frodoplayer is going to have some really good competition soon.
