Control WinTV Via a Web Page

Has anyone tried or know how one might control a WinTV card via a web page? I've set my WinTV card up to broadcast a Real Player stream so I can watch TV over the internet from work or from my cell phone, I can't change the channel remotely though, it just broadcasts whatever channel I left it on.

probBly wouldnt work. It would require a custom Active X control I think. Browsers arent "Suppose" to be able to execute code except the ones it was written for.
