    Talking anybody familiar with this error?

    I just got My IRMAN and I can't get it to work..I tried it on another computer and it works fine but not on my computer..I'm running Windows ME, when I click on the Ir server and click on the statistics tab it sais,
    "Firmware version ERR!!"
    Can anybody tell me what that means..
    I tried e-mailing Evation but no response..
    Please help!

    I actually have no idea, but have you tried to get the latest version of the software from their website?

    check ur comport and bios setting for COM. Make sure it is set to standard.
